LEGAL ADVISOR

No of Position : 01

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying, managing and mitigating of legal risk issues across the firm
  • Ensuring that the firm complies with legislation, regulation and the requirements of professional bodies and other organisations, including interpreting the effect on the firm of any proposed changes to legislation
  • Providing preventative legal guidance and risk training to the firm
  • Making recommendations/drafting formal legal responses to issues
  • Keeping abreast of commercial law changes and drafting best practice notes on topical issues for use across the firm
  • Providing legal support in relation to the entering into of contacts with the firm’s clients (including client engagement letters and business tenders)
  • Assisting with the development of team and firm wide legal and risk strategy, as appropriate

CIVIL ENGINEER - PLANNING

No of Position : 10

Key responsibilities: 

  • Analyze Survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography , and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
  • Plan & design transportation or hydraulic system & structure, following construction & government standards, using design software & drawing tools.
  • Compute & grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factor to determine design specification.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress & ensure conformance to design specifications & safety or sanitation standards
  • Direct construction, operations and maintenance activities at project site.
  • Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installation and establish reference points, grades, and elevation to guide construction.
  • Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipments, or labor to determine project feasibility.
  • Prepare & present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements and property and right of way description.
  • Test Soil & materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
  • Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial & managerial personnel.
  • Conduct studies to traffic patterns or environmental condition to identify engineering problems & assess the potential impact of project.

Personal characteristics:

  • Must be creative & innovative in solving problems and while designing.
  • High numeracy and computer literate.
  • Awareness of the ethical regulation pertaining to construction.
  • Clear Verbal & Written communication.
  • Ability to work as a team with leadership qualities.
  • Confident decision making ability .

  •  B.E. Civil

  • Should have 3-8 year Road construction experience

CIVIL ENGINEER - DESIGN
No of Position : 05
Key responsibilities: 
  • Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience.
  • Layout and details portions of projects using schematic layout by project lead engineer. May be assigned responsibility for schematic or conceptual layouts when qualified.
  • Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by Designers/Drafters.
  • Research design options and document findings for project lead engineer.
  • Review shop drawings.
  • May serve as Project Engineer and as a designated Client contact on smaller, less complex projects.
  • May direct and supervise other Designers/Drafters activities.
  • Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc..
  • Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents.
Personal characteristics:

  • Awareness of the ethical regulation pertaining to construction.

  • Candidate should have knowledge about MX ROAD Software.

  • Should have 4-8 year Road Designing experience

CIVIL ENGINEER - TENDERING
No of Position : 05
Key responsibilities: 
  • To work within the Advance Engineering Group & with the Company Management Team to develop an order winning strategy.
  • To manage the preparation of proposals for a project by co-coordinating the activities of the Directors, CTO & Engineering teams.
  • Estimating & Costing of Tenders for Road/Highway project.
  • Travel to various sites when require.
  • Examine commercial sections of bid documents & prepare financial response for submission to client.
  • Preparing proposal for tenders.
  • Follow up for payment.
Personal characteristics:
  • Should be a Civil engineer with at least 4 years experience in Road/Highway project.
  • Should have excellent knowledge in Tendering.
  • Preparation & submission of Bank guarantees.
  • Getting back the bank guarantees once job is finished & rate analysis.
Qualifications:
  •  B.E. Civil / Tendering Management
Experience:
  • Should have 3-8 year experience in Tendering work , Road construction experience will be preferable.

CIVIL ENGINEER - COSTING
No of Position : 05
Key responsibilities: 
  • Review contractors pay applications for accuracy & conformance with progress.
  • Evaluate contractor cost proposals and provide claim analysis.
  • Prepare & overseas independent cost estimates for comparison with designer and/or contractors estimates.
  • Attend contractor progress meetings.
  • Evaluate contractors baseline schedule & cost loaded schedule.
  • Evaluate cost impacts of contractor recovery schedules.
  • Track project cost to contract closeout.
  • Perform relevant tasks as requested
Personal characteristics:
  • Awareness of the ethical regulation pertaining to construction.
  • Thorough knowledge of cost engineering principles.
  • Excellent computer skills with working knowledge in cost engineering soft ware’s.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
  •  B.E. Civil / Costing Management
Experience:
  • Should have 3-8 year experience in Road costing.

PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

No of Position : 01

Key responsibilities: 

  • Maintain records of goods ordered & received.
  • Locate vendors of materials equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment .
  • Control purchasing department budgets.
  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
  • Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
  • Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
  • Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
  • Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
  • Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
  • Administer on-line purchasing systems.
  • Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.

Personal characteristics:

  • Considerable knowledge of contract administration and procurement practices.
  • Considerable knowledge of some engineering and construction principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of general and capital fund accounting principles and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor Degree / Specialization in Procurement Mgt.

Experience:

  • Should have 3-8 year experience in Purchase Management.
